Just when we thought we had completed ‘Vintage Gibson’ for one year, we found this stunning 1967 ES-345 TDC! Any Back To The Future fans out there?

Built in 1967 this is a stunning example of a guitar that has been gigged, enjoyed, and delivered huge tone for over 50 years! While the case provides evidence of a well-travelled and historically interesting life on the road, upon opening its quite clear the guitar inside has been loved, played, and thankfully apart from a necessary re fret, not messed with!

It’s full-on vintage ES-345 tone from the second you plug it in, warm and open on the neck and fast open attack on the bridge and everything in-between in the middle position. Should the tones of; BB King, Freddie King and Marcus King inspire you, you are taken right there with a single turn of the Varitone control knob. With a huge range of delicate and inspirational tones alongside a full dose of Gibson vintage history thrown in for good measure this is one stunning guitar with a great tone and story to tell!

Are your guitars new or preloved?

Most of what we do is pre-loved, but there are also a number of guitars on the site that are new (Instant Win competitions, for example). We always state in the prize description whether a guitar is new or pre-loved, and in most cases, we also add the year and a condition description.
