If a competition closes and not all of the tickets are sold then the draw still goes ahead as planned and you now have a better chance of winning. We never have and never will extend the length of a competition. During the live draw, all sold tickets are valid. If the random number generator lands on a ticket number that was unsold, we just generate another number and will continue to do this until we get a winner.

Of course! If you win a main prize for a competition you will get an initial email requesting some details so we can verify everything for confirm your delivery details. After you’ve sent that across you will get a reply from us within 1-3 working days confirming your delivery. We try to deliver all prizes within 7 working days.

If you win an Instant Win prize you will get a different email that explains how you will get your prize. Please remember unless you otherwise let us know we will book any deliveries to your main address on your account.

If you don’t receive our email or aren’t aware you have won then don’t worry, we will follow up with a phone call if we haven’t heard from you.

Our Instant Win competitions have prizes allocated to predetermined ticket numbers before it launches. When you purchase tickets, if you get any of the numbers allocated to an Instant Win prize then you win that prize. There is always a full list of prizes on the competitions page in the Instant Wins section. When you get to the thank you page after completing the checkout you can click to reveal if you won a prize. Most of our Instant Win competitions also have what’s called an End Prize. This is a main prize draw that all the tickets go in for. So even if you don’t get an Instant Win, you will still be in with a chance of winning the End Prize.

You must be 18 years or older to enter, as well as a resident of the UK or Northern Ireland. 

We can’t accept entries from outside these areas right now but we are hoping to expand one day.

We stream our live draws on Facebook and Youtube. We host 2 regular live draws every week on Monday and Thursday at 6pm. If these ever have to move we will always announce it in advance on our social media and to our email list.

We have been a fully registered Limited Company since June 2019. Since then we’ve had thousands of winners, hosted live events at our studio, we are always visiting guitars shows, attending guitars shows and spend a lot of time producing YouTube content. We do everything we can to be as honest and transparent as possible and that shows in our hundreds of 5 star reviews across Google, Trustpilot and social media.

We run prize draws which are compliant with the Playing act of 2005. All of us working here at Guitar Gear Giveaway are very public on not only our social media but we also all play in bands and interact with the guitar community as a whole.

We regularly update our social media with our winners’ stories. We also have a Winners page where you can see all our past winners and the amazing prizes they have won. 

Please only buy tickets through our website or app and follow our official social media accounts. You can find us on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. 

No, we don’t. Unfortunately we would never sell enough tickets and all of our products are purchased or reserved prior to the competitions starting so we can’t offer alternatives.

Every time you enter a competition, we send an email with your order details and ticket number(s). You can also find your tickets in the My Account section on our website.

Everyone who selects the correct answer to the question is entered into the draw. The winner will then be chosen at random from all the correct entries during a live draw using Googles random number generator. We host our live draws on Facebook and YouTube. If you haven’t tuned into one before then it’s well worth it. We have a good laugh, chat guitars and you can see how it all works.

Gear Points are Guitar Gear Giveaway’s own rockin’ currency. You can win gear points as bonus prizes, during live draws, social media giveaways and more. Each Gear Point is worth 1p. So 100 Gear Points = £1 to spend on our website or app.
