Live Draws
Every one of our Live Draws can be watched on our Facebook and YouTube page. We use a random number generator to determine the winner. If a competition does not sell out and the random number generator returns an unsold ticket number, we will generate a new number until we have a winner. We prove our streams are live by being interactive and reading comments. We love to talk with you all about guitars, gear and music.
Instant Wins
Instant Win comps have a pre-determined list of prizes with ticket numbers. If your ticket numbers for that competition match any on the list, you instantly win that prize. End draws are either a Live Draw or Auto Draw; this will be shown on the competition page.
Auto Draws
Auto draws are automatically drawn using the Think Zap random draw algorithm. The Auto Draw will take place as soon as a prize is sold out OR on the guaranteed draw date/time shown on the prize page. All prizes have a guaranteed draw date and winner regardless of ticket sellout.
All of our competitions have a guaranteed winner, regardless of whether it sells out. If a competition does not sell out and the random number generator returns an unsold ticket number, we will generate a new number until we have a winner.
You must be 18 years or older to enter, as well as a resident of the UK or Northern Ireland.
Each competition has a guaranteed draw date and time that you can see on the competition page. Typically, we host our Live Draws on Mondays and Thursdays at 6pm.
Absolutely! All of our winners receive an email with clear details and instructions to claim their prize. Please make sure your contact details in your account are up to date. If we don’t hear back via email, we will call or send a text/WhatsApp.
Every time you enter a competition, we send an email with your order details and ticket number(s). You can also find your tickets in the My Account section on our website.

No — unfortunately, we’re unable to offer left-handed alternatives. All prizes are purchased before competitions go live, and left-handed models typically don’t generate enough demand.
