If we reach 70% sold on this competition before it closes, we will draw 2 extra winners to win £500 each! Now that would be handy right before Christmas 🎄
The Sound of a Golden Era – Say hello to this stunning original 1958 Fender Stratocaster! There are currently 2 others for sale in the UK right now at an average price of £35,000 🤯
As well as the main draw for the Fender ’58 Strat, we will also be drawing a winner every Thursday on the lead up to the draw for a chance to win £500! So the earlier you enter, the more bonus draws you’ll be entered into!
Born in Fullerton in 1958, a long time before CBS took over— this is right in the middle of Leo Fender’s most inspired years, and this Stratocaster is a stunning example of just how right they got it! Finished in a beautifully aged Three-Tone sunburst, its nitrocellulose lacquer has matured into the visual equivalent of a well-worn leather jacket. Every inch tells a story: the subtle checking, the honest playwear, the way the light catches the maple neck that’s been shaped—not by machines—but by decades of hands that knew what they were doing.
Plug it in, and the original Black-Bottom single-coils deliver that unmistakable late-’50s chime. Not the ice-pick highs of later years, but a rounder, more vocal clarity that somehow floats above the mix and punches through it at the same time. The soft-V neck profile plays like an old friend and is all original apart from a change to a 5-way pickup selector (original in case) and an expert re-fret by the legendary Huw Price, ensuring the guitar plays like a dream!

How are winners chosen?
Live Draws – Every one of our Live Draws can be watched on our Facebook and YouTube page. We use a random number generator to determine the winner. If a competition does not sell out and the random number generator returns an unsold ticket number, we will generate a new number until we have a winner. We prove our streams are live by being interactive and reading comments. We love to talk with you all about guitars, gear and music.
Instant Wins – Instant Win comps have a pre-determined list of prizes with ticket numbers. If your ticket numbers for that competition match any on the list, you instantly win that prize. End draws are either a Live Draw or Auto Draw; this will be shown on the competition page.
Auto Draws – Auto draws are automatically drawn using the Think Zap random draw algorithm. The Auto Draw will take place as soon as a prize is sold out OR on the guaranteed draw date/time shown on the prize page. All prizes have a guaranteed draw date and winner regardless of ticket sellout.
