The maple construction results in an appealingly rustic sound that’s totally distinct from the pristine, vibrant quality that many players associate with Taylor. The maple’s beautiful figuring is complemented by a dusky Woodsmoke finish and a satin sheen. With the excellent ES2 electronics the guitar sounds just as good through the PA.
